Outstanding service online and great product range. I bought Rab waterproof trousers online they arrived next day but they didn't fit. I followed the simple return instructions and a refund was back in the bank a day after the return was received. Brilliant service and much recommended.

Be very aware buy online from this company I bought a rab coat for a present from this seller through amazon the package hasn't arrived says delivered but not where to photo states its ment to be.i contacted amazon they said to contact seller which I did. Apparently an investigation has been done and they say it was left in a safe placeThe safe place being a block of flats of 40 people where anyone can access due to intercom door being broken.the seller the company inglesport state there delivery was successful and basically I'm.ment to loose £140.Delivery said handed to resident which is impossible as I was 350miles up north can prove that. Be very careful using this company as for an expensive item sent without being asked for a signature is a joke.

Even as a one off customer, visiting the store 10 months ago to purchase some boots, they have taken the time and care to support us with a warranty claim.The advice and service we received when initially visiting the store was fantastic but their aftercare is a true testament to the genuine nature and care of this business and the individuals within it.Particular thanks to Todd, when we're next up in that part of the country, we will be sure to return with our custom.Thank you!

Stopped in here after the Waterfalls trail. Andy(?) Was very friendly and gave some nice advice about outdoor climbing in the area. Nice selection of outdoor sports stock. Spent some money supporting this fab local business. The shop is also dog friendly.

Shop with cafe upstairs. Only visited cafe but only one open in Ingleton. Up steep stairs so may be a struggle for some but has WiFi and toilet facilities. Nice coffee and friendly staff.

Top shop and great Cafe upstairs. Cafe is for anyone. Being a sports shop the cafe and shop are used to walkers with muddy boots and dogs. Cafe only small and very basic. But food good plenty of it and cheap. All in all would definitely recommend.
