The food here is always lovely. Really couldn't fault it tbh. The chips this day were a little darker than usual but still again tasty. They will cook to order fresh if asked aswell! The peas and fish i absolutely love and again imo are top notch ?. The staff always provide exactly what i request. A really good local chippy wid lovely staff.

Milkshake which wasnt cheap was warm chips were over cooked or left to long so they were like rubber curry was watery and the pie looked like it had been on the hot counter all day will not be going back

They do unique Cumberland Sausage/wrapped in Bacon I order from here at least twice per month. Would be more but unfortunately they don't have a delivery service.

Always friendly staff, efficient and super organised no matter how busy. I have pre ordered food and popped in other times .Shop is always clean. Chips are the best and portions are huge. Try the cheese and onion rissoles . Battered items are crispy and not greasy.This is our go to chippy.Vegetarian options: Cooked in none meat fryer always handled seperatly and wrapped really well to keep meat options away.
I bought the salt and pepper chicken and chips box. Very poor. The chicken bits were straight out of a supermarket frozen bag and they was definitely nothing salt and pepper about it. Just a few cooked peppers and onions thrown in. Chips were decent as you’d expect with a chippy. Way overpriced at £7.70, will definitely not be going back.
