Never had issues with greggs until this store, i asked if the stuff i wanted was warm to which i was told yes however when it came to eating it was freezing cold and had to change my entire order. This is not on.

Brilliant Greggs, best around, always have plenty of food in.Had a renovation not too long ago and now looks very modern and has a clean look to it.Very friendly staff, they even remember faces and names and will welcome you back if you visit often.Always getting freebies with the app, has a great rewards system.

Excellent, just got the Gregg's app on my phone and didn't have a clue but, the staff helped me out so, now I'm flying!! Good offer 2 latte and 2 bacon butties. Tasty.??

Slow. Really slow. Been countless times and they never have the breakfast stuff ready. Also the system they have setup is backwards, they have two tills available, they have both checkouts set out behind the one in the corner , then directly behind is the stirring station, so its hard work leaving the shop, just a poor setup.
Tasty pastries, 'fancies,' sausage rolls, but the Cornish pasties are fakes, the pies are meagre and still charging the earth for plastic bottled water!If they want to provide a better service in return for their gross profits, why don't they put a free drinking water fountain outside their shops?
