had a chicken kebab and it was not good i did not realise until i had already eaten some of the chicken that it was not cooked properly and there was still blood in the middle of the pieces of chicken,i was very ill and very sick for 3 days, i would never recommend flames in milnthorpe and will never go back there

Nice takeaway. Pizzas were good and quickly made . Lots of choice of kebabs and burgers. It’s cash only but there is a cash point nearby .

Large kebab- all meat eeel cooked and flavoursome. Veg ,peppers/ onion etc deep fried then griddled left oil all over kebab spoiling it shame!

The food at flames is always prepared to order. So always freshly prepared.The only issue I have ever encountered is, if you pre-order by telephone, they only start making the order when you go and pay. So pre-ordering is no quicker.

Pre booked order. Told it will be ready in15 mins. Arrived after 15 mins and tried to speak to staff was basically blanked. At least 10 min later was told food had been ready all along but no one told me just left standing there while they served others. Total chaos with no customer service. When I got food, donner kebab cold and dry as was chilli sauce. Also cold chips and burger. Could be a coincidence but had dodgy belly for 24 hours after. I then looked at food hygiene rating, omg!!!

Does not take card payment, a short walk away there is a cash machine, just the inconvenience! Portion size is good, and food was fresh.Parking: It's a nightmare to park unless you hit the right times.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps and doorway appears wide enough for accessibility, but parking could be an issue and there are only a few accessible places, providing delivery drivers do not park in them!Dietary restrictions: Just have to mention to staff, whether they can advise or not I don't know as I have never asked, but it does clearly state to ask
