“In September this year I hurt myself whilst walking on the hills and falling over in very wet weather.Due to my injury my husband and I, with our dog, missed our train and so we decided to pop into the Moorcock Tearoom.We had such a warm welcome from the two wonderful women running the cafe and enjoyed an hour of chat and laughter with a glass of wine and sweet potato chips.Thank you so much to you both at the Moorcock Tearoom, you cheered us up with your laughter and warm hospitality.”

It is busy at times so advise to book in advance.Meal met the standard of the last time we came so it wasn't a one off the last time. Compliments to the chef on fish and chips, Chicken burger and the gammon. All washed down with a good selection of beers and lagers.Dog friendly, ?”
