Went for fuel 6.30 am on 30th May went to pump 1 no fuel in it so moved to pump 7 went inside to pay young lad serving told him pump 1 had no fuel just giving a smoke cloud out so moved to pump 7 he tried to charge me for pump 1 I said I'm not paying it has no fuel in he took payment for pump 7 re checked pump 1 and told me to shoo with hand gesture to leave the shop not happy and will never use this place again obviously all on camera he needs a lesson in customer service

Don’t usually post negative reviews but wow what a foul attitude customer assistant Beth has. Rude, snotty answer to my question. She really wanted to argue with me. How about do your job and assist me instead? Actually sent an email to the chain because I’m that shocked.

After sixteen years in the area I considered it well overdue to rate these services which I pass three times weekly.Can I just say the customer service here is outstanding considered what the staff endure on a daily shift in high season, polite well spoken & professionally cool everytime I go in, more like old times.As of nearby Newby Bridge services these were also the true heros during the pandemic keeping us all moving.Shell seriously need to review the rate of pay for these people, pretty sure there's sufficient profit margins to meet this.Well done guys ??

Snacks and drinks are extremely expensive. There is a supermarket across the road, use that instead if you are not in a rush. Fuel is always cheaper at Newlands Filling Station, half a mile east along the A590.
