I went to The Mill with a couple of friends for some food and drink, we were greeted by lovely staff and shown to our seats. I had the chicken and chorizo pie with mash and veg and it was outstanding. We were waited on by the manager, Jade, who was fantastic and ensured we were constantly seen to, 10/10 customer service and a 10/10 experience!

A shame the heaters have been removed from the outside area, prices are on the premium side, but facilities are budget. Also, the bar tender was very abrupt on my last visit. Probably caught him at a bad moment, but I expect a bit of friendliness from a good pub, especially when they charge top prices for drinks.

Well another ten rating for me. The food in every aspect was amazing. The waiters and waitresses are very good at their craft. If they would smile a little more that would be great also but all in all very good place to eat. Sticky toffee pudding is bomb.

Tasty food, friendly service and a really interesting building with the old watermill workings

We love The Mill for any special occasion meal. The Sunday dinner is delicious and only £13.50, such a bargain. Have never been disappointed with the food, this is where we bring everyone that comes to visit us in Ulverston. Highly recommend the roast, fish and chips, steak and ale pie and the chicken & chorizo risotto.

Soup portion was tasty but small. Room was cold. Wood fire burning, but no-one put more fuel on as it died down.

Nice friendly pub we had to sit in the snug as we had a dog with us all

First time visiting here for food. It took a little while to come but it was very busy. The selection of drinks offered here is one of the best. Plenty of options and types. My chips were slightly undercooked but I'll assume that's a one off. Table service is quick due to the use of electronic callers. We will definitely visit again.
