I brought a double whopper meal, my bun was soggy and they never put any onions in my whopper and when I tried to call it just keeps disconnecting so overall I'm not a happy customer £20 on a soggy flavourless burger

Onlybone order screen working. Queue at the one till. Other screens saying payment failed and locked out. Gave up waiting.

The slowest BK I've ever come across. Ordered for the family, I went across to KFC, waited, got and finished all before BK food was ready

Bought a child's meal but they failed to inform me that they had run out of kids toys therefore paying for something I didn't receive. No offer to compensate. The chips were a bit old too.

Stopped for some Doritos Flaming Hot Chicken Strips. Paid the obvious service station premium. It was a Friday afternoon, and surprisingly quiet, only 1 person ahead of me. Looked like there was only 2 staff so may have struggled if they had a sudden rush. Service was fairly swift. I used the self service machine which was easy to use. The area was airy and clean.

When I arrived there I was surprised to see such bad reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful, even tought there was nobody and they were very slow to make the burger. We ordered 2 menu, went home and when we arrived we found out that both orders were wrong, my burger was smaller than the one I ordered and my friend ordered a double cheesbacon XL and got a burger with chicken. How can you make two wrong orders if we were literally the only two customers at the time??
Cold food, unbelievably slow and understaffed - don’t waste your money on this branch.

Haven't been here for years, so thought we'd go. Had to wait for awhile as they had just opened. No breakfast menu. The burgers were almost cold. Although the shakes were excellent.

The burger was could, when I requested for ketchup and mayo they said we don't have it!!! and you can buy BBQ sauce!!It's not believable Burger king doesn't has free sauces!!!!
