Staff are lazy and rude. The entire restaurant floor is disgusting and covered in food and other rubbish. Politely asked a member of staff to clean a table and they asked me to leave the restaurant. Most of the staff are stood behind the counter not even doing anything, just chatting away amongst themselves. Terrible experience.

Loved waiting 25 mins for fast food ..But honestly, there were minimal people there and everyone after us got served quicker ! It seemed our order for 2 just got forgotten? Seemed very disorganised like no one knew what was going on . Also nice to have my kids veggie meal come with meat in .

Service from staff were poor, told them I had blue light card, member of staff said we don't use that on Sunday( more like didn't want to or didn't know how to use it from customers) then didn't even give me any mayonnaise with my meal,

Never been to a burger king that charges for mayonnaise! Not extra either, all I wanted was some mayo. 30P! I thought the bloke was winding me up. Won't go here again it's the principle! Greedy you know the next word.

I recently visited Burger King in Wyvern Derby with my family, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, with the attendant taking an excessively long time to deliver our food. Additionally, our order was incomplete, with missing items causing further frustration. To make matters worse, the slow service resulted in us spending over an hour in the parking lot. Upon leaving, we were shocked to receive a penalty of £200 for exceeding the allotted parking time by just 14 minutes. Despite my efforts to address these issues with the manager the following week, there was no manager on-site, highlighting a severe lack of management oversight. It is evident that this establishment is poorly managed, with staff who seem ill-equipped to handle the demands of running a restaurant. As a result of this experience, I have no intention of returning to Burger King. This visit turned out to be the most expensive burger I've ever purchased, and the quality of the food did not even come close to justifying the cost. I would strongly advise others to avoid dining at this restaurant and Burger King until significant improvements are made to their service and management. Sincerely,

As a delivery driver I hate coming here, the staff (not all but most, especially one of the girls there) are very miserable and treat you like an inconvenience. They ALWAYS take ages to get the orders ready as they seem more interested in chatting to each other. I do however like the food as the burgers are better than MCD, I just wish it was more organised
Deserves a zero if google let me give it!!! Why open a drive thru if you going to make people wait for 20 mins for the food in the parking bays?? It’s better they shut this place down!!!

I just have the new Dorito chicken fries and the cheese chips and a chicken cheese burger the burger was good but the rest was horrible it tastes like the chips was nasty

Food burn and dry. Bun dry lettuce core in my burger. Pickle when asked for no pickle! Dr pepper flat. If you like burger king normal, this hell whole wreck it!

This was actually an order for delivery as a treat! It’s been a few months since I ordered from here as they get the order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! 3 times we’ve tried now thinking “surely it won’t happen again” but it did! Missing meals and cold food! Never make complaints usually but continuous wrong orders and meals missing is beyond a joke, especially when it isn’t exactly the bargain it used to be! Won’t be having again. Very disappointing.
