Extremely disappointed, I came yesterday to get pastries , we got the chicken and sweetcorn and the cheese and jalapeño pastry. They were absolutely TERRIBLE, they were completely charcoal burnt inside , I attempted to bite into the pastry and the filling was completely dried up, rock solid and completely burnt , I couldn’t even swallow the pastry , extremely stale and burnt.I’ve been trying to call chaiiwalla none stop for a replacement for the burnt pastries and they DO NOT pick up their phone which is extremely frustrating , what a waste of my money! very poor service!

Hi visited this place many times and had one again yesterday with my family .we ordered an item for kids but that wasn’t what they expected when it arrived but the lady who served at the till was very friendly and sorted the situation very efficiently…had an extra slice of cake as complementary…the lady who served us called Munica …an excellent staff member .Thank you

I’ve got tea from there today. It was absolutely horrible so bitter. I actually wanted to drive back and get my refund but then I couldn’t be bothered because I was so pissed I’ve never experienced this before definitely won’t be going back

Good atmosphere that’s it. Tea is powdered, don’t know if it’s under new management but items missing from delivery, deliveries are always cold. You ring them they don’t answer.
Poor Management: They are not quick enough!! no good hospitality!! no good management in delivering food. My order never was delivered!!

I have ordered desi breakfast thought uber eats, the food took over one hour to be delivered and at then end when i got my food and get ready to eat it i found hair in my beans. Which stand for poor food Preparation standards.
