I've been several times for breakfast, staff seem friendly enough, nice and clean... however, I don't know if the barista lady is doing it on purpose, or abit dim, but I always ask for a Decaf coffee, because I have awful caffine withdrawals, and despite me stating several times each time I go, I always get given flipping caffine! And it is always the same lady! I can't have caffine, and this is the third time now i have left costa feeling very unwell, so will be using different costa from now on.

Was a little disappointed when I ordered a decaf ice caramel latte and didn't get it what I ordered they missed out the caramel even though I asked twice to make sure they put it in.

Food does depend on the time of day, but normally good. Always had a smiling staff member server us. And good coffee. Reasonable price. We keep going back?
Stopped by to buy a drink to walk home with. The staff were very friendly and everyone was very clean.

Staff abrupt had to fight to get through door as issues with it ( not sorted since last visit) tables dirty and toilets needed a proper clean

Very full and no seats, could help with managers on laptops not using the tables during busy periods.The actual coffee was really bitter and unpleasant to drink.
