Gorgeous food and lovely friendly service. The salad bar had run low in all areas when we arrived and within a minute, it was fully restocked. Love this particular Harvester, the atmosphere is great and cosy.

Brilliant from Sam the server, a great man, we need more like him. Got my lovely chicken with the milk and left satisfied with me experience. Couldn't fault the service, however a chocolate log was left for me to see in trap 2 and I didn't know what to do with the awful spectacle. Love it.

We came out for a family meal tonight and I must say the service from start to finish was excellent. Sam our server was fantastic and asked all the questions about allergens extra sides and puds. The food was cooked to perfect and Josh our chef is a credit to Harvester. Visited Pride Park Harvester for a family birthday meal. We had a free kids voucher so double checked it was ok to use with our order. We were told it was. Our order was accepted and then we were told we couldnt use it as although we had ordered the right number of main-menu meals, we had ordered another meal from the ‘2course’ menu which counts as another offer They knew what menus we were ordering from and said it was ok, then changed their minds...didn’t accept it was their fault, just told us we couldnt have the offer, end-of. When we got upset (as the kids eat free was to enable some of our party who could not afford to come otherwise) the manager refused to speak to me and further and told me if I carried on complaining I would be kicked out! The waitress then ignored us, didn’t clear the plates until we asked. when we left we asked for the managers name so we could complain - he threatened to bar us from Harverster if we complained! Complained anyway as refused to be intimidated. The General Manager just said the offer was invalid and didnt seem to think the rude, threatening words from the Manager was a problem Happy to be barred, as wont set foot in the place again. The manager doesn’t deserve to have a job in hospitality if thats how he treats people Good luck to anyone who goes there, you may get the same treatment if you dare to complain

This was the first time going to Harvester in Derby, pride park. The food was lovely, thanks to our wonderful chef Josh. Even more amazing was our incredible friendly waiter Sam who showed so much care and attention to our table of two. I also noted how he extended the same care and warmth towards the rest of the diners there. It was such a wonderful experience.

Today we sat there cold and other people complained about being cold one member of staff brown hair tied back walked round with a miserable face fish was slimy beans raw as we left staff at near door not one said bye our lady that served us was lovely till we told her fish was slimy then she picked it up rubbing her fingers in it like we was making it up not the best day at the harvester x

The staff were excellent, particularly Sharon who served us. Accommodating. Food was served promptly and was hot. We had a selection of Tapas as a light lunch. Just what we wanted and as we were tight on time this worked very well.
