went in today (26/3/2023) ordered some chicken pakoras, took a bite of a chicken pakora, it was raw and pink insidei was sick after i ate it,would not recommend Ideal Sweets at allended up with food poisoning.

Business seems to be tanking, sweets look stale and the staff serving are rude and grumpyI gave it a try recently and tried the rasmali. What was odd is that the gentleman went to the back and returned after 5 minutes. Like what did you do that took so long to retrieve it.Once I got home and tried it, it tasted awful, I should have trusted my gut and never botheredThe only silver lining is the fresh jabeli they make, but only if you catch them whilst making it, otherwise you get the stale pieces

Bought 9 vegetarian and 3 chicken samosas. Had to bib them as they were hard and dry. Probably left under the counter too long.

You would assume the food cooked early morning would be fresh. But, that wasn’t the case - stale food bought on Sunday morning (Samosa and jalebi) and completely atrocious.
If you like deep fried sweets then this is the perfect place for you

Poor customer service. Did not wait even 15 minutes for an order placed. Not sure if they dont trust customers or just do this generally. The samosas though are awesome! Disappointed today.

Poor customer service with no respect to customer. Double standard to serve their own friend over the phone and when I tried to place an order over the phone I was told to come in person. Ok then why there were people coming to take their order for phone order. The boy on front has no care for people who were waiting. Very pathetic and careless service .
