When I got to KFC , the food was ready in about 3 minutes and I was happy about the quality of the food.Parking: I think that there is less parking space available because Costa coffee is being built in the old carpark .

This place is always hit and miss. Awful Karen staff behind the counter this evening trying to take the p*^* and make me wait for a sauce… avoid. P.s just wanted to say the lady who goes round brings the food to guests that eat in is very lovely and helpful from past experiences. She’s about the only good thing going for this place.

Came round on dt. Niamh was really kind and sweet and apologise about the wait on the bites. Would definitely could back. She was cute. And
Very bad experience this evening. Dont usually order from here but had to as the other kfc was closed. Served by an Irish girl called niamh, and customer service was very poor.I was made to go round drive thru again as I was told I couldn't place a second order at the counter due to another car being behind me.This is ridiculous and have never experienced this at any other drive thru.Service was really slow and it wasn't even busy.It made me realise the reason for not ordering at this particular kfc.

Worst customer service, targeting and racial abuse from employee and manager. Refused to get served at drive through because of accent. Asked for triple bucket said they don’t sell it as they’re missing gravy. Friend from another car has been served the same order. I have video proof.Parking: Foresters Park KFC Derby
