The worst experience with a mcdonalds ever. Food was stone cold and icecreams melted. The beef should be eaten 10 minutes after its been coocked based on food quality terms, but the restaurant thaught that having it on the counter for 40 minutes is a good idea before the driver collected it. Foor arrived 1 full hour later at 1 mile diatance from the restaurant.

The food is generic across all of the restaurants - looks nothing like the poster adverts.The senior management didn't seem very interested in motorvating the rest of the kitchen staff, and it's a place I won't be going to again.

Always forget something off order such as dips! No complaints procedure if ordered through deliveroo but it's the restaurants problem not there's. Literally every time they forgot

Ordered food again a diff day was told a drivers there waiting so didn't make breakfast or go out for it when could have to be told right before it shud have came ooo its been cancelled... without any excuse or extra after our refund I right joke wouldn't go there again so far this year think came once other time was 2 hrs late and only live I mins away lol would have walked to get by time cancelled ten mins later stopped breakfasts .. highly not recommended

I’ve been to McDonald’s in the uk mainly but also in different countries. This branch seems to differ from all the rest. The employees seem older and of the local area. My experience wasn’t good. I called in after doing some shopping, it’s located in a Asda superstore. I was waiting behind one couple that had just arrived. There wasn’t anybody behind the counter serving. I looked around and saw staff taking photos of each other, think they’d just decorated for Halloween and may have been excited. I waited patiently until my patience metre was on red. I then went to ask if there was anybody serving. The employees said there should be somebody there in a minute. There wasn’t. These people went about their business in a way that prioritised their own enjoyment rather than the customers needs. I eventually go my order and sat down to eat my meal. I was about to leave and observed an employee going around the dining area informing customers there was a problem in the kitchen. She said if you are waiting for your order you could either wait for the problem to be fixed or have your money back. If you want your money back you have to go through the app, an elderly couple who had managed to navigate payment by card were most concerned about the technical aspect of this. All in all chaos.

Went in and took the staff a few minutes to serve me, was a bit busy though. When I ordered the staff member was very polite and helpful, had a couple of issues with the till but it was fixed within a few minutes. Forgot to ask for specifications on my burger however the member of staff that served me seemed more than happy to replace it.All together, it was great service and the food was amazing. Will be going back there in future :)

Asda Spondon McDonald's is always clean and very friendly helpful staff and the food is always cooked fresh and piping hot! and the burgers ACTUALLY look like the burgers in the McDonald's pictures and are put together PERFECT everytime,when you open the box not mushed up and thrown together like in other McDonald's restaurants. Thank you always for a great service as ALWAYS this shop is a credit to the McDonald's franchise.

The food was really hot, which I'll be honest is a rarity for a lot of Maccies.I used some of my points to get a double Sausage and egg, and just brought a hash brown and drink to go with it.This is the only store I know, where all the drinks are dispensed on the customer side of counter

I don't understand how an establishment who's sole purpose is to place a burger in a bag, fails at the most basic of tasks.Cant follow simple instructions when customising burgers nor can they fill an order correctly.Kids, if you ever wok at McDonald's, Don't place that work experience on your CV as you won't be doing yourself any favours.
