This place really gone downhill, must be new management there or something , every time we visit without fail they’ve ran out of something manager couldn’t care less ,,, went again yesterday no milkshakes as usual , no drinks with sugar all no sugar drinks ,, not even bottles of water , absolute shambles honestly !! Fix yourselves up !!!?

Food could do with being presented better instead of just being chucked together .
One of the better McDonald's in Derby, so the food and service was good, especially considering it's a fast-food outlet that's not known for its gourmet offering. Parking is also considerably easier, especially with it being located on a retail park.
