Visited 21/03/24. This place has gone downhill. The staff lacked direction look unmotivated. The food: The burgers were disgusting. They were small and looked like they had been dropped on the floor before being served. Fries were old and cold. We go to the Osmaston restaurant often and this was the worst. Please can you take care when making the food for paying customers before someone gets ill.

So many times bad experince with order ( always something missing), staff very rude and now they took money from my bank ( they says it's declained) and don't get the food. I've been there this morning explaing whats happend and want my money back. Manager said she need to investigated first and she will call me later today.No one call me and it's 5 pm. ????

Order the same everyday, 3 large white coffees never normally a problem but today big issues.Waited 5 minutes to make my order, with no one else there just staff couldn't get there act together, then took 8 minutes to make 2 large coffees then argued with and told I only ordered 2 when I'd ordered 3, I was then told very rudely that I have to drive around to order another coffee in with I did and my first 2 coffees was then cold so I've ended up late for work, paid for 3 large coffees and only have 1 drinkable and have been rudely spoken to all to buy myself and friends a morning coffee.McDonald's work on training staff manners please.

After having worked at McDonald’s myself for 10 years and being a manager I must say standards have definitely dropped! When I order food i expect it to be made how it’s supposed too and not half arsed! A cheeseburger for example has simple components and yet whenever I order lately it’s missing mustard and pickles. I know staff can just be lazy but this is being ridiculous. I don’t expect to have to wait a couple of order to be greeted at drive-thru to then have to wait for my food when I’ve ordered 4 simple burgers and see 4-5 cars behind get their orders before me, to then get cold, half made food! Extremely disappointed and frustrating when I know how it’s supposed to be made!

The food there is great! The place is generally clean and the staff there nice and plenty of room for people, no matter how small or big, just you or with friends and family. Take out or in. Really good quality and the speed for making the entire meal. Really enjoyed my visit.
