Most disgusting food I've ever had. Service was even more disgusting than the food. Order was wrong twice. Staff were extremely rude. Whilst waiting for order to be rectified there were so many other people complaining about incorrect orders too. I would recommend never visiting this place if you don't want to waste your money on grease soaked inedible food.

I ordered popeyes yesterday through the uber eats app I ordered 3 milkshakes with my order one was for my brother with Autism the milkshakes never arrived even the delivery driver confirmed this I tried contacting Uber support but they refused to give a refund and there's no way to contact the restaurant so that's my money gone to waste but also my brother was really really upset .

The food at popeyes was horrendous. Me and my friend ordered some chicken tenders and cajun fries. The chicken tenders were diabolically disguisting. I was on the verge of throwing up. I could barely finish my meal. The chicken had an uncanny aftertaste which reminded me of raw flour. They didn't have the sauce we ordered so my friend got Lousiana sauce. It was the most revolting things i had ever put in my mouth. The only reason i ate the food was because i paid. I am never in my life going to eat at Popeyes again. The food was appalling. Absolute horror.

Ordered via Uber Eats this evening. Very disappointed with quality of food. Both lots of fries were stone cold and chewy. Also one of the fries was wrong, Cajun not plain. All chicken was lukewarm as well and none of it seemed freshly cooked. Would avoid.

Ordered via Uber eats. Very disappointed. The deluxe burgers are packed with flavour, but probably smaller than we’d like. They were well packed so they were actually okay. The problem I had is the fries and milkshake. I ordered large Cajun fries, which is an extra £4.50. What I received was the smallest bag of fries I’ve ever seen. Less fries than McDonalds small. For a large! And the milkshake we ordered. It was filled up maybe 40% of the total cup, not even stirred. All the Oreo’s were still as the bottom. It didn’t taste very pleasant, even after mixing it myself. The fact it wasn’t even half full and sent out like that tells me all I need to know. This was my first and last time ordering from here. Burgers were great. Overall the packaging was very good too. I was let down by the tiny portion of “large fries” and the sad excuse for a milkshake.Hope you take this feedback onboard to improve your service.

This has to be the most rancid chicken i have ever had. I tried the spicy chicken and plain chicken burger and spat them back out, was horrid. Fries were awful. The spicy wings were ok, but the coating for this and the burger was hard and nasly. Was not pleasent. I've never rated food i did not like, but this place was so dissapointing i had to.

First time I ordered here today although I’ve heard of it in America. I ordered chicken burger, Cajun fries, macaroni cheese and hot honey sauce. All were 10 out of 10. Pleasantly surprised and happy. There are so many chicken shops, but this one outweighs the rest. Melt in your mouth and everything was perfection. Thanks ?

Had the deluxe chicken burger and the Cajun fries.The burger was incredible, the chicken was cooked perfectly and had a good moisture and taste to it. I expected more from the Cajun fries but they lacked in taste.

The chicken strippers were much bigger than expected! We got them with the mustard and ranch dips which were both great. The wrap was also really good. It was prepared quick with friendly service.

I gave 5 stars for the food (we can't deny that the fried chicken is amazing), but still 1 star overall, because even the great food cannot counteract the terrible services!For all the logos of Popeyes, there is always a line attached: 'famous Louisiana Chicken', so we all know that the signature meals are chickens. However, we went to this place twice and THEY DON'T SELL CHICKEN! We went there early so it's not that they ran out of chicken, they just don't have any.Also the body language of the managers were unfriendly too, all looking grumpy and moody. We ordered two large fries and they gave us three packs of ketchup. Since I'm a ketchup lover, I kindly asked for one more ketchup, two for each bag of large fries should be fair. They rejected me, but they gave our next table who has three child-size fries 8-9 packs of ketchup??!In general, unless you really like their chicken and you couldn't care less about the services, don't go.

Visited for the first time last week. Never again, waited 25 minutes for food, many customers complaining that that chicken was pink but the member of staff told them it was supposed to be like that. Mine wasn't pink but it made me ill anyway. Avoid.
