Order missing items, rang to find out where they were, phone answered with no ‘hello’ literally just picked up the phone. Neither girl I spoke to were in the least bothered, they said I could pick it up, I can’t drive due to recent operation. They said they’d ring their boss to see what they can do, I gave my number and 24 hours later still no further forward and no communication from them.

Always love the subs from Subway. Really easy to get a delicious gluten free sandwich and the people are always very friendly and even change their gloves when they make the gluten free sandwiches. Very nice ?

Absolutely shocking! Ordered my food and when i went to pay with points told me the machine didnt work! Didnt mention anything before i ordered, didnt have my card on me left me with no lunch while at work, cant believe Subway hire such staff, felt racially targeted, staff member didnt even apologise... Stay away and spend your time somewhere else.!! Disgusting service!!

The food is nearly always good, but can depend on who is serving you. Also is you're vegetarian you might have to tell them to change their food handling gloves.

Love the subs, and am very tempted to try one of the wraps that have been introduced recently, but until today I've never had a hot drink from there, and I wouldn't recommend them, the one I had tasted a bit too watery. Having said that, that is the only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating, and overall, it's a very good restaurant 😊

This is the worst Subway I have visited for customer service, food quality and cleanliness. The staff do not listen to what you ask for, the presentation of the sandwich and salad were both very sloppy with no care and attention. The salad was appalling, it was only 2/3 of what you get at other branches. I'd buy a drink from there in future, but no food.
