Went to the food court in Derbion... the service was abysmal. I got off the new menu a philly steak sub and a great goddess salad. Nothing was great about either. The sub was fully of grease which dripped all over the table and the salad was dire. I was told I had to have everything listed but explained I'm allergic to tomatoes so they left them out but I literally had to ask for everything else to be added was asked why do you want that and I said because it's part of the meal. The 1st guy shouted because I asked for a hearty italian and cheese bread and he shouted that I couldn't have it as its not on the menu. "Why bloody ask which bread then"???? Worse experience ever. Totally avoid this one folks!!

Really poor quality food, confusing signage that doesn't clearly explain what the options are. Really small font on some of the signs that means you can't easily see the cost until you have ordered.When I collected the squashed sub, and asked if I could have some jalapeño added I was told no and I should have been told this at the start.Unfortunately the location will mean this subways will have a captive audience so they can get away with it.

Terrible experience today! Don’t go to this subway, absolute waste of time. Just wanted a snack after playing some football but was refused service, by a very rude worker because of an “electric scooter” although it was in the corner doing no harm to them or the customers whatsoever. Had to walk to KFC where there was no problem with this, sort it out subway. Was is racial profiling? Maybe? KFC THE GOAT. ILL WARRIORZ ON TOP ??Kid-friendliness: Our young harmless 13 year old friend refused food at subway due to his scooter which was his way of getting home. Terrible. Not friendly at all, to respect for a young hungry boy.

We went last night around 19:00. We order two sandwiches, when the guy made the sandwiches for us and we were going to pay, he told us it must be only take out because the floor was wet and it needs to dry out when closing time is 20:00. they didn't let us have the sandwiches inside whereas two stuffs friends stay inside having a Starbucks coffe.I was really disappointed.

Had to wait 25 mins to get served. Then staff was having a social before taking my order, then didnt fulfill my order properley. Wouldnt go again.

According to the closing times on the door we still had 2 hours left until closing - told takeaways only. All the seating areas had been cleaned and blocked prior to us getting there.
