Doesn't even deserve a one star! Went in for the second time thinking maybe the manager's stinking attitude has changed but was worse! The lady serving was very friendly, professional and polite however the manager has some serious issue! I was informed as part of the meal deal only tango or peach ice tea was available. I opted for the orange tango however when poured it, this wasn't tango! The assistant went to find out from the manager and came back to say that the manager has said it has run out and the only option was iced tea or 30p extra for a bottled drink. There was nobody before us who could have potentially finished the Tango off so this was a clear mis-sell and a major flaw on the managers behalf. To make matters worse she didn't think to offer a bottled tango and void the 30p charge due to their fault. A child doesn't like iced tea and had we known that the only option was iced tea we would have opted for the bottle drink at the beginning. It was only 30p extra for a bottle drink and this isn't the issue here but the managers attitude towards it all and from a customer service experience she should know better! What makes the whole matter worse is that I initially wanted to pay cash but the manager had to be called (why I don't know as the total was £10, not like I was handing a £50 note) but to avoid waiting, I just made a card payment to make the matter easier for them and me but when it came to the 30p, they were quick to take that and no manager was required! The assistant was very apologetic and I feel for her having to work under such management. Such shambles and wouldn't ever visit again!

The woman is very stingy She put less then half scoop off chicken in my chicken tikka sub. When I questiond her she said she put half. This is the worse subway in derby I been to. Previous time I went here. I ordered online a 1ft sub and a 6inch. When got to the shop it was ready to takeaway and had a sticker confirming 100%order checked. Got home and opened bag to find 2 six inch subs. Rung the shop up and she checked and admitted the mistake. Was told to come back and pick onther 1 up. Got the ft long and got home, it had the slightest amount off chicken in it. I thought maybe as she had gave me the 6inch free due to her mistake she made it like this.Now I know she is stingy woman. People should report her to subway head office I won't vist this shop no more and will travel abit further.

Half a scoop of chicken tikka in my sandwich, no where near enough. You now have to pay extra for cheese which used to come as standard. The nachos had hardly any cheese on. Why arent they making our food the way they would want their food. Totally overrated and skimpy

Don’t know why I bother. Toilets are always out of order! My 4 year old was really desperate but they said go Asda. It’s not as if I walked in just for the toilets ? I ordered food to sit in and eat. Avoid them, staff are rude

The guy with the glasses is so rude. He Was making a wrong order and when I corrected him. He was so rude and messed up my order again. Not going back there again.Also to add toilets are always out of service and they point to Asda to goToilet. It’s really annoying when you have a young child to go and do that.

So the girls serving prioritised Uber Eats orders rather the long line of people waiting in the shop - so we were waiting for 20 minutes or so. When my time came, they didn’t have the TLC ingredients. This really annoyed because they’ve not had TLC for the past visits.

I went in this subway today at 12.30pm I was served at 12.50pm there was one person serving and another interested only in the just eat orders.What a joke, the whole of my lunch break taken up with waiting for food.I will not be going there again.
