Went on a Saturday afternoon for launch and although it was full we have sitted and served really quickly. Food was good and Jenny H who was our waitress was amazing.

Great evening with smashing food and cracking service! Amazing tunes and atmosphere, distinct lack of erasure but I’m willing to forgive and forget. As was made up for with beautiful food, shoutout to our server couldn’t work out their name from the writing so am attaching a picture of their writing.

The food was very nice and the service equally as helpful and happy. The music was banging serious lack of wonderwall but I can look past it. Served by Val

First time at TGI Friday's. Wasn't expecting much but absolutely loved it.Our server was Hayley A and she did a great job of making us welcome. Bless her, she was two hours past the end of her shift and she still managed to stay upbeat with a smile on her face. The food was great and the price was good.

Hayley A - what a superstar! From start to finish she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! She was really considerate and attentive. What a superstar!

Went for partners birthday servers were lovely, drinks were great BUT my partner had the ultimate grill which was £40. The meat on that slab was one miniscule steak, a couple of small ribs and a bit of gammon. He finished it all and was still hungry. I think for that price it was definitely not worth it. We can go to hungry horse and order a mixed grill for £20 and it had more food and better flavours. I myself like bbq type food and couldnt see anything on the menu so order the mac n cheese side aswell as some dirty fries both lacked flavor and didnt satiate my appetite any either. Overall experience was fine but not somewhere id go to again.

Went Saturday lunchtime with some family and friends (6 of us). It wasn't overly busy and the atmosphere seemed ok at first. However, unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. We waited far too long for drinks and were missing a couple of the order. The food took some time, which wasn't an issue, but things again were missing off the order and errors made (beef instead of a chicken burger). The waitress and staff were friendly enough, but clearly the waitress was incompetent at doing the job. When the bill came, that was also wrong and they tried to over charge us for the food without taking into account the set meal offers. Overall, the food was average and the service was quite frankly disorganised and embarrassing. It was such a shame. We will not be returning and wouldn't recommend. Sort it out TGI's!
