Hired the loft space for a party and couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant venue, accommodating staff and really reasonably priced. Will recommend to everyone!

Extremely disappointed with the service received here. The staff were standing around not approaching customers waiting at the bar and well for the manager all that can be said is inadequate in his ability to communicate with customers. I had high expectations for this venue and was extremely concerned for their lack of customer service skills. Really hoping the owners can hire a better team that work together to improve the quality of service provided here as the potential is endless.

Went here on Thursday 07/12 for some drinks after our work Xmas night out at about 10pm. The 2 girls behind the bar were very rude and seemed irritated that we were there. Speaking to several other people not in our party they said they got the same treatment. People who were not drunk were refused service for being so. There were 25 of us that could have ordered several drinks each. Because of the way were were treated we left after 1 drink when they shut the place at 10.30. If I were the owner of this place I'd be pretty annoyed that I'd lost out on that much revenue because of 2 bar staff that seemed to resent having to do work.

Hired out the loft for birthday party. It’s not only a lovely and impressive space, but Keiran made the entire process very easy from start to finish. Really appreciate the approach of being free to set up the room and bring in food as you wish, as well as having help hiring a DJ or not. Able to access the room early on the day, sufficient bar staff on the night and great variety of drinks and cocktails. Room all cleared up for us by staff and deposit returned efficiently. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time planning a party.
