We chose The Quirky Cook to provide the catering after a recent family funeral. Kay was incredibly efficient and professional from start to finish. The quality of her food is absolutely top notch (we loved it all especially the mini berry pavlovas). From dietary requirements to liaising directly with the venue, Kay thinks of everything and knowing that the catering was in safe, experienced hands was exactly what we needed whilst making the funeral arrangements. Would not hesitate to recommend TQC to anyone in the local area.

The sandwiches were fresh and a lovely variety, the cakes were delicious and so many extras like the clotted cream, lots of jam and fresh strawberries. First time we've ordered from here, but certainly won't be the lastIt arrived beautifully presented with all items individually packaged (in compostable wrapping). They had even made up a special little box for my 5 year old with a simple ham sandwich (his favourite) and scones and cake so he got his own special picnic.Dad raved about the size of the smoked salmon slices in the sandwiches, the hubby declared the brownie was "awesome" and my little lad ate all his sandwiches (says it all when it comes to a picky-eating 5 year old). So there was a definite thumbs up from everyone in the family.Good quality ingredients, helpful staff and great presentation means this treat gets a 5* rating from us.
