“The food was great, but I was disappointed about the pre-dinner service. We were celebrating my daughters 20th birthday, so I made a special trip to the Mossbrook to take some balloons for our table, so when we walked over to our table it was a nice surprise for her. They forgot, so I had to ask for them which by then, the surprise had been spoilt. It wasn't a lot to ask, just down to poor communication I guess. But apart from that we enjoyed the night”
