Staff were very foul and did not sign post that you had to order over a certain limit and in general were just the most rudest staff

Ice cream was very tasty but there was very obvious tension between the two staff members on and it created a weird atmosphere. At first we thought the girl serving was just rude but then when she spoke to the guy making the ice cream and it became clear that it was more of a problem between the two of them??? It was just straight away noticeable!!!!???? maybe an affair???!!!! nice exterior though x

Good customer service, good ice cream and slushies. Nice river and hills nearby. Came here when the neighbouring fudge shop was closed, wasn't disappointed

Nothing special about the place. Ice cream was on the pricey side and not really worth it as its just average at best. Try somewhere else.

We have been coming here for years for our mini donuts, never had a problem. Now the donuts are terrible! I would have been embarrassed to sell them. They were thin and chewy and looked like onion rings. Sort your batter mix out!

Really cute place, me and my boyfriend bought icecream and donuts, the icrecream was delicious, a classic 99. They have really nice syrup flavours too that's whipped with the icecream which makes it less messy than normal syrup and it's not overpowering too. The staff are lovely. The donuts are really good, only downside being that they are quite thin so you don't get an awful lot of sponginess in the middle and a lot more of the crispy outside but you get good value considering its 12 for £5 and theyre freshly made to order which is a huge plus! Highly recommend this place and will be coming back next time I visit Matlock!

Ice-cream was nice and seemingly the only place that takes card in the local area

? Visited dinky donuts on the way back to the car park.Wasn’t busy so quick service, I get it’s supposed to be a dinky donut as the name suggests but I wasn’t expecting them to be quite so small!12 dinky donuts came to £5 I think in my head I was expecting to get the ones like you get in beachside areas slightly bigger and chunkier.Taste wise they were pretty uneventful and resembled more of an onion ring than a donut. They had some sweets on display but no pricing or descriptions. If your passing maybe pop in and give them a try.

No idea when it’s open? No opening times on Google, no opening times in the window, closed every time we walk past

Went here today for the first time and ordered a bag of dinky doughnuts which were freshly made to order. They were so nice I had to go back later in the day for some more! Inside was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. 10/10 for food and service ?

Friendly staff & overall great experience ?

Terrible service and the ice cream wasn’t much better. The woman that served us today was extremely rude, very short with us. Didn’t even bother with a smile. We had ice cream and didn’t finish it, the sauce tasted like chemicals. It ended up going in the bin.
