A delightful tea room within Crich Tramway Village. Very clean and light with friendly staff. Limited outdoor seating. The meals were certainly plentiful and well worth the price. They were also delicious with hot and cold selections. There is also a children's menu. Well recommended.

Good tea room in the tram museum. Eat outside if you can and watch the trams rattle by. Salad was massive and the tea was nice. Plenty of room but it wasn't a busy day, so might get crowded in the summer, however lots of tables outside.

Lovely place to sit down for a rest and treat yourself to lunch or tea and cake as I did. It is a simple, old fashioned place that is cosy and comforting.

This cafe is located in the tram museum. The menu was adequate and prices reasonable. Cake was disappointing. The indoor seating lacks character and is a bit 'functional': outdoor seating is very limited but more interesting (and rather litter strewn - how often is it cleared?)

Food scattered on the floor, tables not wiped, bins overflowing trays not taken away whilst staff chatted at the till. We had to ask for our tables to be wiped. A gentle reminder may be beneficial to staff that Rita's tea rooms is an important part of the visiting experience and that standards should be maintained until closing time regardless how busy they have been

Basic choices but tasty and good value. Friendly staff. Best to sit out front and watch the trams etc go by.

So disappointed - the menu online looked wonderful, but it was just premade packaged cakes and pies and really unimaginative rolls (a ham roll is literally just a piece of ham on a roll). 40 minute queue that never moved, they forgot people's orders. Really hopeless. Bring your own picnic.

Coffees were small size but ok. Food choice was good, but service to provide some items was slow. Limited number of outside tables, and inside still closed off for Covid protocols.
