The food was lovely & served to us quickly but all fresh. The staff were brilliant, really friendly, continued to check in on us and made sure we were near the radiator so we could be warm! Fabulous place.

This restaurant is a 5☆ Indian. It is a special place for myself and my husband. We return every year due to the excellent quality of food, delicious in every way. The staff are very friendly and treat you like family. A restaurant that will always be my number one.

Food was great and didn’t wait long, the staff and customer service was excellent and staff are so friendly. I asked for a mild dish and was even brought a small bowl to test for heat before my main dish came out. We were given a £10 voucher off our next meal.It was a bit cold in the restaurant, apart from that a great meal out, will definitely be back.

Had a Desi and a Buna.. enjoyed the meal and had attentive service. Parking was available, although quite busy at peak time but there were spaces available. Enjoyed the classic orange filled with sorbet for desert.

Our first visit tonight to Shalimar, it was absolutely amazing. We had a warm welcome when we arrived, we told the team that it was my partners birthday and they put up a banner especially for him and also put confetti on the table. Which I thought was really lovely. The food was to die for, really flavoursome. We were asked how our meal was which was really appreciated. Every single member of staff were amazing. They even bought him a cake out with a sparkler candle in it and a card. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!!

We just had a meal for two of us for my birthday on Saturday night. Popadoms with lovely selection of pickles, Lovely unique balti curry with pilau rice and one of the best peshwari naans I have had for a long time. They brought out a cake with a firework in it which was unexpected but a lovely addition We were so well looked after. I would definitely come here again.
