I was delighted to receive such a beautiful icing sheet from Eat your Photo. This was for a cake I made for my Mum's 90th Birthday. I uploaded 8 photos with a birthday message to their easy to use website. Within a few days I received notification that my order was ready, it arrived a couple of days later. The photos were well laid out, colours very bold and so clear they looked even better than the originals! I ordered an extra copy just in case I had a problem in placing on the cake. I didn't have a problem and it was nice to keep the spare copy especially after the cake was cut up and eaten!! Will definitely use Eat your Photo again.

There's nothing but positives from me about both the Customer Service and product from 'Eat your photo'! In fact, I'd go as far as to say absolutely OUTSTANDING!Placed an order a couple of weeks before required, received a confirmation e-mail to advise the order was delayed until date required and information to advise how the order would be sent etc.I followed up a few days before order was due to arrive just to double check for peace of mind and received a prompt, polite response.The order arrived exactly when stated and thanks to the fabulous and clever packaging there was no way this could be mistaken for anything but a cake that needed to be handled with care by the delivery firm so no excuses for them to handle any other way!The packaging is super clever as it allows the cake no movement at all during transit so the cake was perfectly intact, I've never seen anything quite like it.Now for the cake! WOW! I have to say this is quite possibly the most delicious sponge cake I think I've ever tasted! Opted for the Vanilla sponge with the jam and cream and it was absolutely superb! A light, moist beautiful cake with the images I'd forwarded exactly as required and the text to go with them. The last birthday cake I bought was double the price from my local area and couldn't in any way compare to this, completely blown away especially after the fact it came via a delivery firm!If you're looking for a special cake for an occasion, I genuinely couldn't recommend a better service or product than this!Thank You all at Eat your Photo, you gave an extra smile for my Mum on her special day with your wonderful cake, absolutely fantastic! ?

Ordered a Pokémon cake for my son. Cake was delivered well wrapped and tasted delicious. A little bit sweet for me but no complaints from the kids at all!!!! Ordered an "Amazon cake" on Monday evening for delivery on Wednesday. Definitely made the recipient laugh, as he has deliveries almost every day... First class service, delivered on time, in a well thought through packaging. At first the cake looked quite small but here we are, 4 days later, still eating it and it seems to be tasting better by the day. ? Highly recommended.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This was the first time using this company, never again. I will say, the quality of print (picture quality) is fantastic, sadly, this is absolutely pointless if your prints can not be used. The prints are on paste, not an actual sheet of icing (as I've had from another direct supplier in the past). I paid over £24 for two sheets, as the sheet for cupcakes had multiple different images. I managed to get some of the cupcake toppers off as they were pre-cut (maybe 12 out of the 30 ), the other sheet was totally unusable. The icing paste is waaaay too thin. This kind of cutback to save money just isn't acceptable. I will be contacting the company directly for a full refund.
