Have been a regular visitor to somercotes brach for years.but I'd stopped going because every time I went somethings where missing from our meals. We didn't no till we got home so on our next visits we would tell them and never got a reply,So we went yesterday to see if it was any better the answer to that is no,got home and 3 things where missing the food we got was dry and cold,so definitely want be going again.

Picked up a takeaway order, when home found that the pineapple stick and kids chips were missing from my kids meal, and the adults chips had been cooked in a lot of grease and the flavour was off as a result. Disappointed is the one word answer.

Absolutely horrendous disgusting food disgusting customer service, manager in denial.Dangerous do not eat here, chicken leaves here cold.Delivery was in good time, although the hottest item on my £46 order was the corn and when I say the hot wings and chips and burgers were cold they were stone cold and to boot no coleslaw that I paid for. The number kfc display on Google isn't their phone number and won't get answered as the very abrupt and ignorant manager proved to me when he asked me call the number I'd called 10 times with no answer, is this because they're avoiding phone in complaints ? Probably....I drove to the restaurant from my home to ask for a refund, the manager was unwilling to accept my complaint and tried to blame it on the very nice uber delivery lady ?. That food left that restaurant cold already, this is the last straw in a large pile with this kfc, even the lady infront of me in the drive through was complaining too, manager becomes hard of hearing and "doesn't want to argue" translates as don't won't to listen. Never eating here again orders are never right and always poor quality. Not that it should make a difference but my partner has cancer and doesn't always feel like eating and rather fancied a kfc this evening, never again after that travesty.

We came here in quite a big group after my sons birthday outing and although it's quite a small restaurant the staff were very helpful and helped us all get seated. We made quite a large order and all the food was hot and came out together. The tables were clean but didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere as there was lots of food all over the floor before we ate and there was no where to throw our rubbish away at the end as the bins were overflowing although someone was sorting it out as we left.

I like the food from here most of the time. Usually when I walk passed on the pavement outside of KFC, the stench of KFC lingers for miles. I can go passed the McDonald's next door and it still smells of KFC. I have also spotted a couple of rats from time to time. I hope they don't pinch any food. All my blessings.

We I visit this KFC the order is either wrong or the food it over done and not enjoyable and it's just a waste of money. It wouldn't be so bad if it was a one off but it's nearly every time.

The worst kfc I have ever visited waited over 25 minutes for food given a drumstick which looked half eaten and 8 fries in the portion the burger looked like it had been thrown together then jumped on avoid this kfc at all costs unless your a delivery driver they don’t want to serve

Decided to nip in for a quick lunch & wish I'd not bothered. We ordered on the touch screens & asked for table delivery as we had a baby with us so it was easier. Found a table easy enough, it wasn't clean but that's fine as it was pretty busy. We sat and waited over 15 minutes before a very flustered lady came rushing round the store shouting has anyone ordered chicken on the bone? Yes that was me (plus about 5 other people who were also waiting) she then advised me that they'd run out of chicken on the bone & it would be at least half an hour before it would be ready. By this point we'd been waiting nearly 30 minutes so I said I wasn't willing to wait and would like to swap it for something else. I asked if we could be prioritised as the baby was getting restless, so the flustered lady took my receipt & said she would sort it. 10 minutes later she rushed over to our table to drop the food off & we were very grateful she had prioritised us but she had missed the drink & when we checked the food half of it was missing so we still had to go back up to the counter to fetch the drink & missing food. Finally, we were ready to eat, but when we opened the snack box there was a tiny scoop of fries & a lame looking mini fillet as this was my alternative. To say I was disappointed was an understatement and by this point I was so hungry! All in all it was a poor experience which is sad as I used to rate this branch one of the best in the area compared to Sutton-in-Ashfield & Mansfield. I don't think we'll be rushing back any time soon. Thanks to the staff for trying their best but it doesn't take away from the dirty store, dirty tables & no chicken in a chicken shop ?
