“Ace pub visit people bringing chippy in made us hungry so did the same and stayed a lot longer than expected, treated to an excellent singalong/busk/jam session, can't wait to return, pity it's 100 miles away, thanks for a very entertaining ”

“We’ve been 3 times to the Dragon over the last year. To be honest it just gets better. We’re 4 old biker mates( well not that old!). We meet up regularly and usually pick a different pub each time. This place is obviously great as it’s the third time on the trot. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are friendly, and the food is awesome. We had the fish finger sandwich and the burnt beef. It’s not really burnt! The portions are generous and beautifully cooked. Their sandwiches in name only, it’s actually a proper meal. Today was particularly busy, but the wait was minimal. The place was buzzing, smartly dressed families and friends enjoying the food and atmosphere. Oh, and not forgetting the beer, what a fabulous selection of cask ales and premium lagers. We’ll be definitely come again, what a fabulous place to meet old friends. Highly Recommend”
