Ordered food for 4 people on just eat and never got the food. An hour after i ordered they said they would be 20mins. Then called to say their car broke down and will be another 20mins. Then it never arrived and they wouldn’t pick up the phone or call back. Just get a dominos! Photo below is the food I got.

Unfortunately I can’t give a zero star review. Food came after 1 & half hours. Cold. Driver went to the wrong address and didn’t apologise. Even though the postcode was on the order. We called several times and the woman who answered never apologised once and even said it was our fault. The address was written out on the order from putting a pin on the map. It was correct. The woman then put the phone down on us. Disgraceful behaviour and terrible customer service. Awful.

UberEats buy one get one free, good deals on make your own pizza and garlic bread. Always built the pizza exactly as requested, with great topping options, recommend crispy onions. Great milkshakes. Not issues with delivery ever and even phoned me when there was any questions.Pizza isn't great the next day, so don't over order.

I've ordered food for fireaway multiple times in the past and last night I decided to order myself a pizza it was a bout midnight which I know is quite late but they are open till 1 and there was nothing on the website to say they didn't deliver after midnight so I ordered my pizza side and drink I waited and waited until 1:45am and still nothing I called up the restaurant today to see if it was possible to get my food delivered today and they told me that they had cancelled my order because and I quote "they didn't have enough drivers" now I have to wait 2-3 days for the money to come back I to my account and I've effectively payed them £20 for not having the correct amount of staff honest 1 star is generous should be 0 as its not 5pm the next day and still no food

Met up with friends and decided to try Fireaway pizza. Very easy to order over phone. We collected as we were passing. Very fresh and tasty. Nice selection of pizzas, sides and desserts available. Fairly priced and we would definitely go back again.

Made a order half was missing rang to say told me he will sort it out another time he is to busy lovely bloke on the phone offered to walk it to me service was shocking tonight apart from the bloke on the phone which was really lovely

I started ordering from this restaurant over 6 months ago and so I only feel it’s fair I finally leave a review. This is my go to delivery after a bad/hard day and it always cheers me up. The food is always hot when it arrives (despite the 15 min drive) the delivery driver is always on time if not early, consistently friendly and helpful and always kind to my doggy ?. The food is constantly brilliant, lovely and thought about recipes for pizza and sides. I highly recommend the chicken tenders with the honey!! A few months ago I had my drink forgotten in my order. No big deal, I messaged them just to let them know it wasn’t here but only after saying the food was great. Not long after sending them this message a driver came to my house and dropped off my drink, an amazing cookie and an apology note. This absolutely blew me away and it’s most likely gained years of loyalty from me. It’s great to know that people actually do still care about their customers. I’ve still got the note to this day. 10/10 recommend and always go here for pizza!!
