Amazing! I ordered a breakfast baguette and it was unbelievable! I would urge everyone to try one. The food is fantastic.Friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble...Very highly recommend you give this place a try.

Ordered their breakfast sandwich and a coffee. For £11.60 I did have high expectations. It was very underwhelming, very greasy (and buttery), unseasoned, and sausages very overdone. I didn’t finish the sandwich. Service was friendly. Coffee was good. 3 for atmosphere but don’t judge on that as it’s on a quiet little village so understandably no one else was there.

Gluten free options were excellent fresh and tasty.Fresh coffee and cold drinks. You can take your cake and eat in or take out.John's of Appledore have worked hard to ensure the locals and visitors get quality produce and they haven't failed. What lovely little shop and cafe. Lots of nice high quality products, service wuth a smile and really tasty pasties. We had a great snack, drink and wander around the small store. If you are in the area definitely worth a visit.

Only dropped in for a takeaway pastry sausage roll, but ended up with a crab baguette as well. Utterly delicious and highly recommended, if a little pricey.

London prices and a total lack of consistency when it comes to making coffee. The girl with blonde hair and glasses on Thursday made me such a nice latte I ordered another, but then it was her colleague who made it and bleeeeeuuurrrgghh. Same this morning , had to get my coffee replaced. Nice selection of stuff in the shop but tbh I would be more inclined to spend in there if the prices were more reasonable or if they did a discount for example spend a tenner at the deli counter and get a free sausage roll/pastie/ whatever. As it is I didn't want to spend at all.

Amazing shop with great choice. food was delicious and quick to come. crab baguette was full and lovely. pasty was hot and full of meat. brilliant. service was a bit lacking in joy and both people I interacted with didn't seem happy to be at work.
