My usual go to place for coffee on the go. A little pricier than average. I find the coffee can differ from barista to barista which is unusual especially for a large company which should have continuity. Nevertheless, good tasting coffee!

I love Starbucks but the staff here when we visited were unhelpful and rude.I asked for a sandwich that was advertised in the window, they told me it wasn't something that Starbucks sold or ever had. When I pointed out it was advertised in the window they said the vegetarian options were all discontinuedVegetarian options: None

Early start for me, staff let me in a few mins early because it was raining. Very very relaxing music, great coffee and two staff on were absolutely first class, polite and happy. Costa could learn a lot from this place!

Always a great service, we have a complicated order, and they are always so accommodating.Thank you

Coffee is the same as other Starbucks but this drive thru is let down by the poor order point in the drive thru itself. You can hardly hear what is being said which makes it difficult to order and confirm they have the right items

A bright and clean Starbucks branch that I love visiting, lovely staff that always seem so positive and friendly! They also have a good range of the Starbucks kitchen wear products here and I’m looking forward to trying to hunt down some valentines cups/mugs over the next few weeks!

Place badly needs some sun blinds in their SE facing window, badly dazzled whilst trying to enjoy a coffee. Almost all seats they had were in that sunny area.

I am disappointed to hear Starbucks doesn’t recognise a trade union. Many Starbucks baristas are on zero-hours contracts with low pay — and are being hit the hardest by the cost living crisis.Tell your management we support them joining a union.

Been a few times and it can be hit/miss on quality and mood of the staff. The last time it was nice enough coffee, not all that hot but the staff were friendly. Another time I had a cold brew with a sarcastic "they're taking so long" sticker (I had my (86yo) nana with me) and got a funny look when we asked for a knife (we share the cakes).

Chair's and table weren't cleaned. Staff just chatting behind counter and the latte weak and cold. Really disgusted with overall service. Much better service and cleanliness in America.

My regular experiences of Starbucks, Bideford's drive-through are nothing short of seamless. Offering a straightforward process by which you simply order your beverage via clever voice comms (you'll be greeted by the cheery "What can I start for you today?", which certainly inspires me to add more delicious products to my order). Then, you just proceed at a safe pace around the well-carved corner, at which point your steaming beverage will be awaiting you, usually accompanied by a beaming smile (on the house!). Highly recommend. And, don't miss Atlantic Village across the roundabout, packed with enticing stores brimming with goods you didn't know you needed.
