If I could have given no stars I would have! Ordered food for delivery, it arrived in a shocking state, the chicken skin was falling off, it was a greasy mess! Scabby bits of chicken that looked very unappealing. The wings were similar, wet, greasy, skin falling off, not crunchy or properly southern fried. We didn’t get everything we ordered and it was missing 1 can of drink and also 2 chicken strips. Unacceptable quality of food and will never order from here again.

The chicken burger, which was not cheap, was frugally filled with nothing but the soggy chicken patty and a token dollop of tasteless sauce. The chips were equally soggy and the chicken wings...

Wow wow wow, one of the best take aways I've ever had and I've had a few.We saw this one come up on Google maps and kept looking back at it. On the way up the hill and even from outside it looked closed except the door was open.With all the queues down on the quay for the carnival we 200% made the right choice by a clear mile.They are open for business, and they are friendly. They are extremely reasonable in price. We had the chicken fillet and chips each which was £8, we had drinks already.Because we saw this deal we tried the chicken strips 8pcs. Omg.... the food is incredible and such high quality and taste.I always have sauce with chips or chicken strips, but honestly I enjoyed this all without any sauce at all. A little mayo on the fillet each and we were both a lot more than impressed.We aren't local, but I would hope that the locals may start to help the local community and keep this gem alive. We will definitely be back again.Many many thanks for an awesome meal.

Portions have reduced by half . Now can’t order over the phone , staff are very unhelpful and just pass you from one person to another . This was an amazing takeaway until a couple of weeks ago . I would not recommend this place . Last order was cold and incomplete

Absolutely appalled at the service received. The Just Eat menu does not state that the chicken wings are hot so we were both surprised and disappointed when we received extremely spicy wings, as this left my son without a meal. When I called to try and sort it out, I was greeted with being told they can’t do anything about it ‘my darling’ as it says they’re hot on the restaurant menu and maybe I should order from that! Sexist, rude, and unable to accept that they have made a mistake. A small refund for the wings that couldn’t be eaten or a replacement portion of something for my son and delivery of the drink that never turned up would have been enough for us to return, but nothing, not even an apology. Customer service 0, new customer 0.

Ordered Peri Chicken chips with Dr Pepper and sprite. The food was disgusting, the flavour was not right. I didn’t receive my Dr Pepper so rang up and they were going to drop it off still waiting ….. !
I would avoid here unless you like dried chicken. I though with it being the chicken shack there speciality would be chicken. Well I was wrong it was dry with hardley any SFC topping and when there was it was soggy with fat. Must admit the delivery driver was very polite but still I ordered food. I eat in alot of restaurants and also order to home but this by far will be a miss for the future. Absolutely disgusting. But I'm a guide and Im honest with all my reviews.

i’ve been ordering from here for years. it’s a hit and miss half the time but i think that all depends on the day of the week (different chefs) personally for me the best day is a tuesday, such as today & i couldn’t recommend the breaded chicken wrap more. 10/10 delicious

I've order the same thing now 2 days on the bounce and the first order was ok, in the space of 24 hrs the price has gone up and my portion halfed, absolutely disgusting won't be ordering food from there again

Nice and polite staff, easy to order, lots of choice, now the bad bits, asked for chilli and mayo got just mayo but lots it was swimming, found a hair in for that didnt look like a head hair.
