Paid £4.60 for a bag of chips and it was not a big bag either what a extortion when others are about £2.50 I certainly won't be going there again so I advise you also

Usually 5 out of 5 just this time, unfortunately, the tea was pre-ordered by phone and only one fish of the 3 ordered was wrapped separately from the chips. This meant that the 2 put in the same wrapping as the chips had soggy batter and one was broken too! The steam from the chips ruined the lovely crispness of the batter...spoiling 2 people's Good Friday Tea completely!! Such a shame! Please always wrap fish and chips separately...you do normally when it's just us 2..and then its the most delightful meal possible..the best Fish and chips in Brixham???

Ordered haddock and chips and a battered sausage and chips for my partner. Absolutely delicious food, well priced and quick, easy ordering via the app. Also best mushy peas in Brixham! Nice one!

£4.60 for a large chips, felt like a smaller portion than I expected (given my local chippies back in Wales).Tasted good though, and well cooked.Curry sauce was nice, if not very slightly powdery?Overall recommended but, bit on the pricey side.

Highly recommended. We popped in last week based on seeing previous reviews. We live near the Yorkshire coast so we know a thing or two about good fish and chips and David's is certainly up there. They are the best we've ever tried in the South of England and we've had a few down there !Well worth the 10 minute walk up the hill from Brixham town centre. Thanks.

Had cod and chips and mushy peas - cod was perfectly cooked with crispy batter, generous portion for "regular". Chips and peas v tasty. Highly recommend - lovely friendly staff, excellent service and v good value ?
