I’m 38 weeks pregnant and needed to use their toilet but was told I couldn’t as they don’t have a toilet. It’s a legal requirement to provide staff with certain basic amenities like toilets and it’s a legal requirement to offer them to pregnant women. Clearly they are not only unhelpful but are also lying to customers. Not happy.

Can someone please tell me who the very rude female manager of this facility is and who I complain to about her. It is not okay to scream down the phone continuously at a customer without pausing for breathe so the customer can ask a calm question about the service provided by her staff that she has berated for not knowing a procedure in their hand book which she has openly scream that she has not trained them on but "they should know it's in the book". Appalling behaviour.

Angela the manager is a very unpleasant lady, she requires retraining I haven't been spoken to the way she spoke to me today since I was in the army.Today I got charged £2 for maybe 200ml of hot water. Her tact was completely off a wildly rude lady.

Usual petrol station services, most useful.

Staff were ignorant, wouldn't accept my collect plus parcel as said they already had lots of parcels that day and it was too big. I asked if they could accept it another day if they hadn't any other parcels, they said they couldn't say. I went back another day to be told it was too big and they don't accept parcels of that size! Why not tell me that the first time??? One was the manager, couldn't manage a piss up in a brewery!!!

Love the petrol here , the unleaded v-power is my firm favorite. I can relax in the knowledge that shell scientists have spent decades researching ways to help you get more out of every drop.Only complaint is they get upset if one tries drinking the petrol directly from the pump. They want to revise there policy on this. I’ve heard the eBay click and collect is causing some issues with larger packages, not affected me personally as I’m a homeless tramp

Don't use the eBay click and collect here they just moan about size of parcel and may even reject it so you don't get your eBay item.
