Ian the manager was so attentive, kind and welcoming. We eat here on our festive yearly visit it never disappoints.

Went for our staff Christmas meal it was very small and cramped Food was over priced, a couple of us had lasagna and that is all you got not even garlic bread on the side and for £15.99 you would think you would get it as part of the meal but no you have to pay for it extra. Food wasn’t even nice and staff all seemed Miserable didn’t even want to help sort the bill so we all got over charged will not be going back and would not recommend

This restaurant ticks all the boxes. It was a great meal out with an awesome choice of brilliant food in an excellent venue with some incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

went for dinner while Christmas shopping with my friends. starters were lovely but problem started with the mains. the dishes were cold, the carbonara was watery and the bacon was just the fat, they had no flavour, one of the dishes was covered in herbs and when we asked for cheese, we wanted it on our dinner not all over our laps or the table, my friends burger had a lump of thick cheese that was still hard. one guy was very rude and when we complained we got told we should have complained earlier and that it was our fault. however, one of the waiters was really lovely about it. they did refund some of the food but still wouldn’t recommend. won’t be returning.

Excellent meal at Bella Italia, wine was excellent and food was well cooked and presented - manager Ian was welcoming and friendly, staff were efficient- couldn’t fault them - thank you

Food was okay, rude servers. Was charged more for the 2 mains for £17. Asked to change it once and she took £1 off. Do not recommend. Waitresses talking rudly about the customers right in front of us. Also had no knowledge about anything they sold.

I liked the restaurant and the service was good, no long wait for food.I had the carbonarer with lardons (chopped bacon) the food was lovely however there was not enough lardons in the meal, a few more would have made it tastier and I would have scored

Ate here last night , food was good as always but service poor, waited for long period between starter and main yet people on next table who came in after us were served both courses before us. Expressed my dissatisfaction to male member of staff who unconvincingly‘apologised’.Won’t be rushing back

The waitresses were nice but were obviously very busy, we had to wait a long time for our meal, mine was wrong but the waitress noticed and took it back but it meant I then had to wait again for it to be cooked while my husband ate his or his would have gone cold. They did take some money off the bill but not sure I'd go back. The only good thing was the cookie dough dessert.

Entered to a restaurant with 4 table and wasn’t told about a wait on food. It took 20mins for a drinks order to be taken and that’s only because we went up to staff ourselves. (Couldn’t order online due to having another tables bill on our table) food then took a further 40 mins to come out and we had food missing and pizzas that wasn’t cooked. Our waitress was very unhelpful and the manager on shift was even worst. Refused to split our bill and argued with us about it after. Extremely disappointed.

Went I for a late lunch at 1430. Several tables available so sat down and a member of staff came over and effectively asked us to leave as they were having a break. Never ever had such an appalling experience in a restaurant, and certainly will not be going back. Surprised they can afford to lose a regular customer and would strongly advise that this restaurant be given a wide berth.
