Booked table month ago and when we arrived no booking, but we were given a table, first thing I noticed how cold it felt but also so busy, service which I have to say wasn't our waiters fault at all as it was manic , he tried his best ,,Starters came very quickly, main 45 mins which OK I get with how busy it was ,but the food sorry but very poor, mixed grill tasted burnt , and rice was lumpy I had lamb tagine very tastless ,We asked for a desert menu which never came ,We will return,

Disappointing lunch for my dad's birthday, it was a weekday lunch time and fairly quiet. Some of the food ordered were wrong and had to chase 1 persons meal as this was not made, there was 5 of us. Then there were some kitchen issue so in the end the one with a missing meal end up not eating at all. No acknowledgement from the staff for forgetting the order.

The food is tasty with good portion sizes, however we waited 50 minutes for food at lunch time. Questioned the staff and our order had been misplaced. They did apologise verbally but I wonder how long it would have taken if we hadn't questioned them, as they paid no attention to the fact we sat with an empty table and everyone around us had received their orders.Level access throughout for wheelchair users, there is room inside to get around the restaurant however it does get narrow in some areas. It's located in the guildhall food district which is all level for wheelchair users and located on the ground floor.Wheelchair accessibility: Level access throughout as described in my review

Fantastic food. Service was a bit slow if you don't want to order via the QR code. Really hard to get anyone's attention but they were good once they were serving us. Food came out quickly.Music was far too loud to be able to have a conversation without raising your voice.

So this is an establishment that serves food I’m not at all familiar with - they were patient when asking questions, super friendly - and wonderful with my (very loud and annoying) 2 year old niece!I didn’t see a single eye roll or hear a tut - we’re not the usual clientele but we were made to feel so welcome. Special shout out to (I think his name was) Tyrg!Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old niece made friends with our server, and by the end of the night was calling him Daddy (!) ??

Ate here with family for the first time earlier this month. Service was spectacular — our server, Tryg, was extremely attentive and friendly. He was also remarkably patient as we had a toddler with us and that’s never smooth sailing, but he was wonderful with her and made sure she was included and comfortable throughout the entire experience.Can’t wait to revisit and work our way through the rest of the menu! The honey halloumi was fantastic.
Lack of Lebanese coffee a travesty considering how great the food was otherwise.

Really enjoyable experience - I love the aesthetic of the place and the food was delicious. I recomend the lamb tagine and the date brownie! Staff were friendly and responsive, and the food arrives quickly.The only minor downside was there was a rather persistent recurring noise (an alarm?) from the open kitchen that would ruin the atmosphere a bit, but I assume that is not a common occurrence....
