We live in the flats above and all we hear night after night is this person Ellie's (Ellie we are told she is called) verbal diarrhoea . Her face is constantly in her phone like she's going to eat it. She seems to spend more time outside than working.We have to have the windows closed and wear earplugs, and yet we still hear this almighty mouth. We are not the only ones around here that are suffering this vileness, we know this by liaising with environmental health. I know everyone here are keeping logs now.

Ordered at 10.30 with the App for 1.15pm. When we arrived to pick it up it took them a moment to find our order and then get started preparing the food. Didn't even apologize. Don't bother ordering ahead.

My experience in this Dominos was like no other, I dropped my pizza on the floor (don’t remember it, quite drunk!) But a LOVELY server called Ellie helped me out and even remade my pizza, such a lovely woman and she is a fabulous addition to your team.

You couldn't pay me to eat one. Can proudly say I've never had one in my life. Rating on the company and the vile staff. Noisy, inconsiderate staff. Waking us up at 3-4 am every morning. Some crazy woman screaming and laughing stupidly loud, and some Dominos pizza bloke who shouts his head off constantly. Filthy back entrance, dangerous driving and poor management! Puzza staff urinating against wall (near trays, yuk). Delivery of supplies by a huge Dominos lorry at 3am! Environmental health will be receiving my logs and videos as I go - I have quite a collection.

The person who is at the 5 am shift answering phones is the worst. He was super rude and kept on arguing. Will not order from this place ever again. Please teach this guy some basic manners as he works in the service industry and needs to learn how to talk to customers.
Amazing food, slightly expensive but really fills you up. When busy it can take longer than it says but tastes brilliant!

16/09/2023 @ 00:15Tried to put an order online and the guy i spoke was so rude that he really couldn't give an answer to my questions about deal. I was speaking to him nicely and he just decided to hangup...Very poor customer service!Very disappointed.

Ordered 4 pizzas face to face over the counter, but only 2 pizzas came out. Server was mildly apologetic and offered to cook the missing food. Unfortunately we were not prepared to wait another 20 minutes as our food would go cold. Whilst waiting we overheard 2 complaint phone calls where orders had been taken wrong and again the attitude was not great. Luckily not all Dominoes are this poor......on the plus side, the pizzas we did have were quite nice.

Girlfriend ordered a pizza at 03:16. Was told on the app 10 - 25 min wait. It got to 03:45 and still no pizza. Just as I'm about to call the store at 03:50, low and behold, pizza turns up.Dietary restrictions: Lactose Intolerance
