Another girl appeared with a very see through top and the first girl started straightening her hair, right next to our table. We overheard that it was a staff night out. We are not apposed to staff having a good time but please leave it until after the customers have gone. Not professional at all

Came for a meal yesterday and chicken in my salad was extremely undercooked with blood still on majority of pieces. As the salad had dressing I did not notice at first but this has resulted in continuous throwing up yesterday evening and this morning, I am now very unwell. Although I was not charged for the salad this is not good enough.

Fantastic friendly service when we arrived as an unhooked table of 11 (after being let down at the place we had booked). Food was delicious, freshly made and served promptly. Nicky our waitress could not have been nicer. Lovely meal out, definitely recommend!Parking: Ample parking

My husband and I came to Frankie and Benny’s for lunch. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the chicken halloumi burger each. It was cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding. Nicole served us and she really brightened up our day. She was lovely, chatty and made us laugh. She was on the go with work the whole time we were there and never stopped. We really did appreciate all of her hard work, The jokes, friendliness, manners and her general cheer that she bought to each person that came to dine. Thank you to the chef and Nicole. Our experience was yet again worth the travel.

First thing is your staff, fantastic, lovely people, drinks and starters on the table within 10 minutes but our mains clearly got missed/lost. upper management desperately need to understand, patrons have made the effort to visit your establishment and your staff are seriously pushed by the unbelievable amount of takeaway orders! Stop your clear attempt at an easy cash grab and give your staff the numbers and facilities they need to do their job or simply shut down the restaurant and add a bloody drive through instead. Big thanks to the staff working this evening, I appreciate your efforts.

We visited for valentines, the restaurant was extremely busy due to numerous other couples as well as several birthday groups. Although we were seated immediately we were advised straight away that there was a bit of a wait on food, luckily we were in no rush so didn’t mind but the heads up was useful to know. The food was really nice, I had the spaghetti and meatballs and my husband had the chicken parmagiana, portions are a good size but we still had room for dessert which was also yummy (tiramisu and speculoos cookie dough). Despite being extremely busy, the wait staff were all lovely especially our waitress Andreea and the super lovely maitre’d whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch. The whole evening really made our valentines special.

We booked a table for 5 and was emailed a 20% off main meals voucher soon after to use.The staff were very accomodating as 1 person in our group had an allergy so they made sure we ordered the correct meal. We didn't wait long and everyone in our group enjoyed the food, tasty, hot and lots of it.Another server took our order for dessert and I mentioned the discount voucher, he was able to scan it there and then on their mobile devices and he advised that it took £25 off the main bill which was excellent. Desserts were tasty, Chocolate Brownie, Apple Crumble and Tiramisu were ordered and we cleared the plates they were that good. Definitely worth a visit and we will be returning.

I always love visiting this restaurant when I am in Exeter. I often visit after 8 pm in the evening and the welcome is always super friendly as are the staff. Service is quick and efficient. Always a great dining in experience. Shout out to Keaton who was on our table this week.

We visited for a birthday party on Thursday. Most of our party are either deaf or hard of hearing. The staff wer very accommodating and even went out of their way to learn how to sign Happy Birthday!! Thank you!!

Upon arrival we was seated quickly, drinks order took and served, brilliant! Ordered our food and over an hour later it arrived. The pizza and garlic bread was barely cooked but editable (just). My daughter is a fussy eater so we ordered her wrap plain but came out with salad and mayo so the waitress apologised and took it back, she was helpful and polite, the wrap that replaced it was warm on one side but freezing on the other, the chicken was literally ice cold to the touch even room temperature would of been passable but it was still half frozen ? waitress took it back and took the price off the bill which was ok but my daughter didn’t get a meal (not ideal) my husbands dinner was cold, the cheese on top hadn’t even melted it was just grated cheese still ??. The rest of the meals were ok at the very best but again cold. Spoke to the waitress who kindly look £50 off of our meal but we will definitely not be returning EVER.

We called up last night after 9pm for a table for 4 and Timmy was very friendly and accommodated us straight away.food was very quick and tasty.i believe Nikky was the other lady behind the bar she made us lovely cocktails.she was funny and very chatty(loved her laugh :D ) Definitely come back soon!
