Typical JD wetherspoons in the near centre of town, can be very noisy as it has very tall ceiling.

Rebekah Davey

Sat in the lovely garden.

Went on a Tuesday and had steak with drink for £14. Decent prices, really nice food, can be very hit and miss and was really good this

Everyone who worked there was lovely. Food was a good price and what you'd expect from a wetherspoons. The free coffee refile was a nice idea, the coffee was great, but again what you'd expect for a 2 pound infinite coffee. The building was really nice, and the menu had some history about it, it used to be a church, and you can still see some of the pews aha. Good place to meet with friends

Always good atmosphere. Staff slow sometimes. But general, very good.

The food is fantastic, especially when ordering via the phone app, as the service is impressively rapid. The building is quite spacious, offering a more elderly-friendly environment compared to what you find at the Chevalier Inn.
