Thoroughly decent food, tasted home cooked and the meat dishes had a high meat content. The staff were friendly and the food came out in good time. They dont serve alcohol but we could survive that for the duration of our meal.

Delicious! Beautifully cooked prawns for starter and main. The tandoori chicken is the best I've ever eaten. Lovely, friendly owners.

Really disappointed.server listens to videos with a very loud sound. Choice of beverages has lemonade and coke and when he takes our order asks us what kind of rice you want of bread ect. And finally it's extras for everything. A nice surprise with the bill. It's not worth the price.

First time diner this evening. We ate in. Easily the best curry I’ve had. Ordered chicken xacuti main and it was amazing - cooked to whatever spice level you like - and the best tandoori starters too. My partner had a king prawn tazaika main which was beautiful - full of fresh coconut; sweet at warming. It’s a family-run place and so friendly; felt like visiting an old friend! An absolute gem. Will be back very soon.

The worst curry I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Me and my partner both were looking forward to eating something tasty, I had the goan special which was pieces of prawns and meat in what tasted and looked like dishwater. The same for my partner. I phoned them to see if we could resolve this, but I was informed as we had eaten some of it we could not get a refund! Very hostile and rude response. I tried to explain that we tried it to see what it tasted like! Will definitely not be eating here again and strongly advise not to order from these jokers if you have any taste buds.

Ordered two takeaway chicken tikka masalas, one only had 3 pieces of chicken and the other curry only had 2, it was simply a tub of sauce which was watery and unpleasant. I would hardly have called it a curry. The customer service is okay but the curry wasn’t unfortunately.

We live in Torquay but often visit Exeter and in view of the positive reviews collected a takeaway to take back home. We were especially attracted to the different options available beyond the generic. Good quality, delicious and spicy as appropriate. A winner and shall return. ????

Absolutely disgusting attitude!Telephoned ahead of placing order to discuss dietary need. First person I spoke to couldn't understand anything I said. They then passed me on to speak to someone else. I had to keep explaining as they just didn't seem to accept what I was saying and were speaking to me like a piece of dirt on their shoe. They said they would never be able to exclude this item and that no Indian would be able to. I said that other Indian restaurants in Exeter hadn't been a problem with this dietary need. Person was very rude and abrupt with me and hung up the phone! Not how to run a business and I see reviews that say others have experienced same attitude from them!

Amazing food, the staff were really nice too. Highly recommend. I've eaten in a lot of Indian restaurants and this is definitely one of the best. Thank you.

Always a fantastic curry, very flavourful. A regular stop off on the way home. Never disappoints and they always go out of their way to build rapport and have a chat.

The worst experience of eating out in my life … was Meant to be an Goan restaurant but nothing to do with goa and all the food was sweet sugary .. over charged me from the menu and also charged me for the chutney separately with the papadams and his exact quote was “ I get charged from cash and carry so why should I give it for free,, I should even charge for water “ The owner was rude and condescending.
