Ordered chicken bake and pizza. Pizza was stone cold and we weren’t told this where usually greggs will give a warning if food is cold, then when I bit into the chicken bake it was infact a spicy curry bake and when we went back to get a chicken one like we paid for there actually weren’t any and no refund given, just another cold slice of mediocre pizza. Barely an apology or a single F given!

Really run badly no bacon bap so had a sausage one which was not hot and had no butter on bap. Had two Belgium buns which were stale not worth the money I paid

Worst ever experience of any service ever. To take over a hour to get a bacon roll is utterly ridiculous, the two lads tried their best but they only finished school the day before by the looks of them. And the two adults cooking steak bakes did nothing to help the lads out, they should be sacked instantly. The poor boys had to take orders make coffees and bacon sausage rolls. For the start of the summer holidays it was a pathetic amount of staff given the queue was a long way back. I really hope they sort it out as this was shambolic.

I’ve been here 3 separate times at 3 different times of day, and each time the food has been freezing cold. I thought this morning at 7.15 they would be hot, but no.
We went there sunday 2nd jan 10.00 am i had a bacon roll. Once back at the car i attempted to eat the bacon roll and the bacon was rock hard and cold. I also found a very long blonde hair in it. I went to the bin chucked it away and drove off and said never again. Bread roll was hard aswell i can only imagine the bacon Roll had been sat there for several hours. The staff obviously didnt want to be there either. End of rant but i will certainly not be going near a greggs again disgusting and dirty

Service was good and fast (server was Jack) and everyone was working hard when I visited. Personally for me the #vegan steak bake was cold and tasted undercooked or rather cooked for the minimum amount of time needed. It wasn't that beautiful golden brown and puffy like other items were.

Very poor service. Baguette was uncooked and didn't contain the right ingredients. Food was stone cold and found hair in a steak bake. Really wouldn't recommend this vile place. And that's from a loyal Greggs consumer
