House Wong is a little gem on Bonhay Road a stones throw from St Davids Station.I go here every Friday night and phone up to collect it,no delivery service unfortunately but doesn't really bother me.I would say only downside is it's cash only but there is a Natwest cash machine outside St Davids Station so not a massive issue.Food is always hot and freshly cooked and staff are friendly and polite been going here for 25 years or so and hopefully will be around for another 25.

I had a takeaway from here many years ago and remembered that the food was quite good.. has another one today and the the food was excellent and the prices are very good compared to others in Exeter.. 5?

This place is Cash Only, closest ATM/Cash-Point is at St Davids Station. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful with our order. The food was great, no complaints - a standard Chinese takeaway you could get most places, but that's what makes it great. I had the sweet n sour kung po style chicken and it had a lot of meat, making it a fair price too, and the chow mein was very nice too. I also found it was reasonably priced and had a lot of options available.

i ordered chicken chow mein and veggie spring rolls and the only good thing was the spring rolls (probably because they're not made in house). The chicken was SLIMY and white. not well cooked or seasoned. there weren't even any scallions or bean sprouts in the chow mein, which tasted horrid.
