THE WORST BURGERS AND FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN! YES SERIOUSLY! ABSOLUTE TRASH WE ORDERED 2 double bacon cheese burgers and they were worse than mc'donalds! £13.95 for a burger that was completely inedible. I MEAN come on, i used to get fab burgers here but i'm just guessing but MANAGEMENT CHANGES! II AM NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN IT'S ? DISGUSTING NEVER GO HERE !!!!! AVOID, better burgers from BK !!!!! SO DISSAPOINTED ?

We came here for our friends birthday dinner and it was definitely not what we’d come to expect from our previous visits. From our arrival, our table of 14 was not ready and we were made to wait by the bar in a big group. The front of house was very rude and blunt. As we were sat down, staff didn’t approach us for at least 20 minutes, until we asked for water and then were not even given glasses. When we asked for some, the waitress rudely informed us that they were being cleaned. The food order was initially wrong despite our pre-order, and then came out over an hour after we arrived. Our friend with an allergy; was initially given the wrong order as well. Our friends were mixed up - he already put ketchup and they simply handed the plate back to her with sauce still on. When ordering drinks, the waitress spoke as if our orders were inconveniencing her. To make matters worse, towards the end of the night, a member of our party overheard two waitresses gossiping about us. A free round of drinks on them was a nice apology, but quite frankly not enough. Whilst we are a group of students, we behaved respectfully and didn’t deserve to be treated as a second class customer. We will not be coming back.
