THE FOOD WAS ABOMINABLE!GrossWaste of moneyI spent £17 on a shared dish of ice cream and it was tiny with a little amount of ice cream it was already half melted and the food to cost ratio was WOEFUL.Not to mention it took 30 minutes in an empty restaurant to scoop out some grotesque ice cream and serve it. The staff were not very happy.Next the milkshake was bitty, they did my order wrong and didn’t give me cream even tho i payed EXTRA.Waste of time, do not come here it is VILE!

Was sat waiting for my order and witnessed a staff member (wearing the same pair of gloves she’s been touching a dirty till with) stick her hand in and scoop some ice cream out of a tub and eat it! She then proceeded to make a customer order using ice cream from this this tub ?

Now one of 2 places in Exeter that their business model is based on desserts. The food is great but the place has been lost a bit since opening.
Slightly lacking in atmosphere given the decor, but was not disappointed with the food.

highly recommend coming here for desserts very like the cookie dough, especially the biscoff flavored one. Will surely comeback again.

Poorly run... Asked if the right order was made as the order on till screen did not match up to what we ordered and was reassured it was. Once it came out the food was the wrong as I was expecting, and when we told them it was incorrect the server came to us and was huffing and arguing to us that It was what we ordered even though we tried to make sure it was correct as it wasn't correct on the screen when ordering. Won't be going again.
