I went shopping here today. Just felt that it had gone downhill. We have been here on many, many occasions. The shelves were empty, and the stock was not very good. Had to keep dodging all the trollies that were being used for Amazon shopping and online shopping.Yet again, I went to have a coffee in the cafe and yet again no coffee as the machine broke. Seems every time we go there, it's broke.Didn't enjoy the experience and won't be in a hurry to go back.

Twice now. doorstep delivery that included bottles of spirits, was delivered with the security anti theft locks still attached. I could not believe it...the picker and packer was asleep on the job. Tried phoning their helpline and they were as much use as a chocolate teapot! Back to Tesco

I'm really fed up with the trolley situation at exeter branch .The trolley stations at the far end of the carpark are overflowing but the ones nearest the store are always empty ???What on earth is going on? this situation has been going on for the last six months.

Popped in after work with an issue needing to be resolved regarding online order. The manager dealt with it efficiently and quickly. Much appreciated Morrisons Exeter ?

They never seem to have enough staff working, and those they do have often have terrible attitudes and take it out on customers.I know plenty of people, more than competent enough, who have applied for jobs here and never even got a response, but they're happy to understaff the store with people who think it's OK to yell at customers and leave out-of-date stock on the shelf on a regular basis.

Awful. Very expensive and cafes in Morrrison are always short of staff and the coffee machines are broken or there is no hot food available because of broken equipment. Very sad to see how it has fallen.

Goods displayed well on the shelves, written in both English and Welsh. Almost everything you need is available, vegetables, fruits, pumpkin for Halloween, dairy products, confectionery, cakes, chocolate, biscuits.Nutmeg brand is available here, infants wear, children, and adults the latest fashion. You have check out counters and self checking, wheelchair accessible through the lift, toilets for people with disabilities available.Mothers can change their babies, platform available, nice place to shop and window shop. Staff friendly..highly recommended.Parking available.

Morrison is nice and has a quaint coffee shop inside as well for you to relax . There is a coin machine which can convert your coints to cash. A nice place for shopping grocery

Had a quick bite to eat at the weekend. Food was pretty good and reasonably priced, however a bit of a wait to get it that's all.

Helpful and polite staff. The cafe does a good full English breakfast at a reasonable price too
