Have ordered from here before and never had any problems. Always very busy so knew we would have to wait a while. Ordered at 5pm to be told wait is 1 hour. Rang at 7 when food not arrived to be told sorry we’re busy and food will be with you soon. Still waiting at 8pm. Rang back to be told driver had delivered at 5.30. Not to me he didn’t. The girl on the phone clearly didn’t know what she was doing as I told her I wanted my food or my money back. Eventually they sent out a new order which we received.by that point I was so hacked off I didn’t really want the food. Spoke to the driver to try and work out where the food went but he was about as useful a chocolate teapot. It’s a shame cos the food is always top notch but after this experience I don’t think we will be using them again. They need to take on more staff or stop taking orders as they clearly can’t cope with the work load.

Excellent food most importantly!Issue with ordering - as I called I was asked to hold, which wasn’t a problem but then I could hear the person take several orders from both walk-ins and the other phone line and I wasn’t spoken to.I hung up and eventually got through again, this time with no delay. On arrival there was a difference in attitude between the two ladies - one happy, smiley and chatty with the younger one not looking like she overly wanted to be there!Still, this didn’t affect the food which was ready in a decent time and tasted excellent. Would definitely go back, but would prefer maybe a happier welcome and more efficient ordering (you can tell which one of the two I had serve me!)

Great fresh prepared food. Full of taste. Always busy that means a lot.Parking: Parking for an hour at the rear of the property free any longer £1 an hour. Also a few spaces at the front.

This is our local, I've been coming for years, but in the past couple of years, I got my partner into it too. I haven't had it in a while as I was pregnant last year and just couldn't deal with the idea of Chinese. But!! I finally fancied one, and it is still. The. Best. Ever. (personally, of course) The food is so dang good.
