Been many years, so happy to have gone back. They thought the pizza was too small so gave us an extra! Great tasting pizza, lovely service. Excellent.

Food was quite nice however the service was poor, took us an hour and 15 minutes to get our main meal from sitting down.

A nice evening at The Waterfront. Had a couple of different pizzas between us. Both were very good. Pepperoni was slightly overcooked on one but that's the only real fault with the food.We didn't book so we're sat in the bar area which was fine. Nice enough tables and space etc. It was a very quiet Monday night so comfortably fitted in.The service was pleasant enough, but for the prices paid you would maybe expect someone to check on you and see if you needed anything.Tiny improvement - No napkins handed out with cutlery which when you're eating a greasy pizza are pretty much an essential, we had to Go and find someone for these. All in all a nice visit, maybe a tiny bit heady on the price compared to other places. But would recommend.

Great pizzas and attentive service. Large appetising menu with something for everyone. The ambience is akin to a restaurant and attractively fitted out.Superb quayside setting.

My dining experience at "On the Waterfront" in Exeter was delightful, and I would give it 4 stars. The waterfront location provided a lovely ambiance, and the food and service were impressive. It's definitely a great spot for a meal with a view.
I only went in for a hot chocolate on a dreary wet day

Parking: You will need to walk from the nearby car parks, walking is between 5-10 minutes depending where you parkKid-friendliness: What kid does not like pizza, good selection and you can go half and half so kids can share the pizza and have different toppingsWheelchair accessibility: All on the ground floor, some of the road and walkway is cobbled, there are flat areas as well but you may need to navigate around the cobbles

Best pizza around. Good beers. Nice to sit outside in the summer. Did I mention the brilliant pizza?

We booked a Christmas meal for a staff party of 6. When we arrived, they seated us in the non Christmas section, no crackers no decorations! We were given the every day menu and when we questioned all of this, we were told that although we had booked the Christmas meal, we had not given our menu choices nor paid a deposit. We said that we were not asked to do so and the reply was “IT TELLS YOU IN OUR T’S AND C’S”. Who reads T’s&C’s when booking a restaurant. A stupid system, we walked out and had a lovely meal at the Cosy Cafe instead. Made to feel very welcome, great food and fabulous atmosphere.
The vegan burger was stodge awful ?
